“OH NO, Not another Fashion blog”. You are right. It’s not just another fashion blog but rather, a cultural blog created out of the need to see more black associations, and individuals, presented in online, style-mediums.

our source for black fashion and culture. Beautiful black women and beautiful black men. It is an integration of style, fashion, cultural inspirations, street styles. Our site records a diverse array of elements that influences black culture. Everyone welcome.

We love to promote and are always on the lookout for great talent: models, philanthropists, writers, musicians, designers, singers, entertainers, artists, producers and entrepreneurs. If you know of someone who deserves a mention (even yourself) email the main editor at:

We also like to bring attention to gorgeous designs that are created by the talented designers of African American and African ancestry. In addition, we constantly take detours to Africa and draw on itโ€™s root and influence.

Lastly, we like to provide eye candy in the form of black women and black men. Enjoy.

Think of style like Dena Groquet: “When painting, an artist must take care not to trap his soul in the canvas”. Style is freedom. Why not be free.

Hello, I just finished reading the front page of your blog and I must say that I found myself nodding in agreement to every word you were saying. YOU ARE FABULOUS. And I love the fact that you are afro friendly, since I have recently noticed the negative connotations having natural hair has for a black woman in various types of black communities. Keep being real, and of course keep being stylish!

      Hey Zawadi:
Your encouragement made my day. It is so worth it for the appreciation, I’m glad we are both seeking the positive in Afro friendly pages. I like that a lot. By the way, I’m adoring your page.
